Bluebelle is a blue-haired Butterfly Fairy child who plays with Rose and Petunia.
Appearance
When first met, she is a wingless fairy who turns into a fuzzy caterpillar. Like all fairies in the show, her eyes are black circles.
In the episode Bluebell Gets Her Wings she becomes a blue-winged butterfly fairy who turns into a blue butterfly. However, she is rarely shown as a caterpillar or butterfly, and is most often seen in her fairy form.
She always wears white mittens, no matter what she is doing. She also wears a blue poncho with green trimmings.
Personality
She is a curious young girl, who is always very playful, but also very cautious and often overly worried.
